J BAR ROOF BRACKET

The Riber J Bar Roof Bracket is designed to carry a single kayak on its side safely and securely by utilizing your vehicles current roof cross bars. They have a universal fit to secure to most cross bars. You simply clamp the Riber J Bar Roof Bracket directly onto the cross bars of your vehicle and tighten the screws in place, no tools required. You then lift your kayak onto the J Bars which will cradle the hull. The thick foam buffer pads can be moved along the support arms to better protect the underside of you kayak. Once your kayak is in place simply strap down with the included tie down kit and away you go.

The Riber J Bar Roof Bracket system allows you to transport your kayak safely and efficiently. It also gives you the added bonus of having extra space to the side for additional brackets to hold a second kayak or a slim line roof box. These J-Bars have a  19 mm x 1.2 mm powder coated steel tube construction and are very easy to install. They weigh just 3 kg but have an impressive load capacity of 55 kg.

Included with each Riber J Bar Roof Bracket are 2 x 3.5 m tie down straps and 2 x 4.5 m safety rope.
